I may have worn new parent blinders 366 days ago. Let's face it, my boy looked like every newborn ever. But I couldn't see it for a long time. He was the most perfect thing I'd ever seen.
As you know, I'm right there with you. My little one was one in April and mein Gott how the year has flown. I'm still exhausted. And there are nights where he's up at 3 am screaming for a few hours, even at this age, and I don't like him very much. But I was just looking back at photos and videos of him since he was born and I couldn't help thinking, man I love this baby.

They do grow up fast, but it's gradual and exciting with each change. He's a cutie!
