I'm throwing a pity party, but doubt anyone will show. After I pick myself up I need to get back to work. I hadn't mentioned that I'd had a request for the full manuscript for fear of jinxing it. It's not that I'm superstitious, I just didn't want Karma spinning its wheels in the wrong direction.

Wow, I think this was a nice rejection!
It's always good when editors write a personal note. I usually get those standard rejection letters. So you should feel good that you must be on to something.
Oops. I meant agents. But editors, too!
I feel good, but for God's sakes, when is someone who says they like it going to sign up?
